Booking Information

General Information

It is advisable to pre-book for all ticketed events. Note that when booking in advance, tickets must be pre-paid and cannot be reserved.

Free Events

Some free events have limited places available, please contact box office for details (from 13th June), or send an enquiry to boxoffice@sydenhamartsfestival.co.uk and they will respond as soon as possible.

Online Booking

There are no fees for online booking: the ticket price online is the same as you would pay in person. Events which allow online booking will display a Paypal button. Find your event of choice at www.sydenhamartsfestival.co.uk and click on the Paypal button — you will be able to select multiple events before checkout if desired. You will not be sent tickets, so please make a note of your ticket reference or print the Paypal confirmation and bring it with you to the event. If you make a last-minute booking online please be sure to print your confirmation and bring it with you, or have the confirmation email viewable on your mobile phone.

Postal Booking

Tickets may also be purchased by post. Please send SASE enclosing a cheque payable to Sydenham Arts Festival Ltd carefully stating which events you wish to book for, and indicating whether tickets are full price or concessions. Please allow two days processing/delivery time.

Phone booking

Tickets may be booked in advance by phone, and must be pre-paid using a credit or debit card.

Tickets booked online, by phone or by post will be available for collection from the box office or will be available at the venue’s box office half an hour before performance.

Box office

The box office is situated at Kirkdale Bookshop, 272 Kirkdale, Sydenham SE26 4RS.
Opening hours: the box office will be open from Mon 13 June to Sat 16 July, 10am–4pm Mon-Sat. Note that the box office will be closed on Sundays. Tickets may be purchased there in person or by phone on 0208 123 1175. If buying concession tickets please bring proof of relevant ID (see below for details).

Additionally tickets may be purchased at the event venues on the day of performance, half an hour before show start time. Note that many events have limited tickets available so early booking is advisable.

Additional Box Office Information

Note that several festival events are running their own box office. Event listings indicate where this is the case. Please contact the venue directly to book tickets for these events.

Concession Tickets

Concessions are available to the following for most of the ticketed events (please check individual event listings for details). Please bring proof of ID when booking tickets or collecting pre-paid tickets: Senior Citizens, Full-time students, Unwaged, Under 16s, Registered disabled
